Arthur Young/ Ernst & Whiney – 21 Consolidations east of the Mississippi 



 

Worked with Chairman William Gladstone on the Arthur Young headquarters expansion. Final execution leases were out for signature when the Agreement to merge with Ernst & Whiney was announced. The consolidation assignments included the expansion and lease extension for 780,000 square feet to house the newly consolidated Ernst & Young headquarters.
